by Chris Warland; Melissa Young

Mar 18, 2013
National Initiative on Poverty and Economic Opportunity, in collaboration with the Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP), has produced this new report. The paper highlights a number of public-sector agencies that have developed "outside the box" funding strategies to support transitional jobs and subsidized employment initiatives. The report include recommendations for state and city governments that are seeking to support subsidized and transitional employment solutions in an environment of scarce resources.
