Over a year ago, National Initiatives on Poverty and Economic Opportunity's (NI) hosted a webinar, Advancing WIOA for Individuals with Barriers to Employment | State and Local Planning. This webinar lifted up the work of advocacy organizations helping to ensure WIOA state planning is taking into account the workforce needs and interests of individuals facing barriers to employment.
