NCEH Connections Project Request for Proposals: Final Proposal

This document is for CONNECTIONS PROJECT FINALISTS ONLY. The Connections Project Final Proposal is the third phase of the Connections Project Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Connections Project Sites selected as finalists will be invited to prepare and submit a Final Proposal to the National Center on Employment and Homelessness that answers these question prompts. (NOTE - this version was UPDATED 4.8.2015 to include a question regarding target populations)
