NCEH Connections Project Request for Proposals: Letter of Intent

This document is for ALL CONNECTIONS PROJECT APPLICANTS. The Connections Project Letter of Intent (LOI) is the first phase of the Connections Project Request for Proposals (RFP) process. To participate in the RFP process, all Connections Project applicants must submit a Letter of Intent to the National Center on Employment and Homelessness that answers these question prompts.
