This webinar will helped communities understand and leverage the new employment-related opportunities within the 2019 CoC Program NOFA. Panelists explained where the NOFA asks applicants to identify their community's workforce development strategies for people experiencing homelessness and how CoC Applications are being scored based on these strategies.
